What case is fail?

 Last time, when my wife get corneal transplant, the dontor said "Since I 
did corneal transplant about 200 cases, but I never failed even only once.
But I wonder what is fail.

 Ultimately, some patient become to not seeing, is this case called failed?
It's not. At least doctor was not called it failed. Only make a success of 
the operation, It's called success.

 Then even if patient become to not seeing, it's not called fail. Such being
the case, there is the operation make a success but he can't seeing. Doctor
talk to patients only best cases and never failed cases.

 What's the hell going on in the hospital, it's clear when they in hospital.
Doctor want to get chance to make the operation. That's all. Then doctor is 
not talk to a patient's disadvantage. 

 After in hospital, all of patients meet many other patiens each other. And
they are heard about many failed cases. Their cases can't never heard from 
their doctor. 

 They have many failed story who stay for a long time in the hospital. Then
you'd better not get friendly old patients. Many patients was so surprised 
their story, those were quite differ doctor talked.

 All of the patients decided in hospital in the sunshine, but they have to 
realized after in hospital many people stay in the shade. Which is your way
God knows it. 

 By the way, do you catch these report? I'm afraid anyone does not read and
thought "what is he talking about? Maybe it's not English" What? even if it
